So often in the workplace, individuals or groups are told to accomplish goals by "higher-ups" but are left with little direction on how to do it. At Collaborative Impact, we facilitate teams of people in what we call "Rapid Improvement Events." Our workshops have an intense focus on a specific topic with an aggressive goal. All participants are actively engaged and contribute throughout the event to achieve the best solutions. The team becomes advocates to help lead implementation.
Common outcomes of these improvement events are to reduce costs, eliminate process waste, save time, improve quality, optimize resource efficiency, streamline processes, simplify complex systems, and eliminate equipment downtime. Contrary to the old "project" style method that can take months or even years, our improvement workshops take only 1-5 days. These improvement events help businesses take typical projects and turn them quickly into results that affect the bottom line and create a better place to work.

Sometimes it makes sense to be at the location where the work takes place. We also travel to facilities for the convenience of clients and hands-on improvements. We will happily come to you.
