At Collaborative Impact, we specialize in getting groups to work collectively by opening communication channels, helping people see the value in each other, and aligning through a common purpose. We apply these techniques in specific areas, departments, cross-functional teams, service lines, and value chains. We help by facilitating group discussions, mediating groups in conflict, and developing new plans and service lines. Contrary to the typical “fluffy” teamwork “kumbaya” sessions, our team workshops are focused and purposeful to produce a concrete plan with specific actions to implement. This helps to break down department silos, create effective forms of communication, and build productive teamwork. Once teams work together successfully, trust grows, morale improves, people are more focused, and goals get accomplished.

Many customers prefer to get out of their own work environment to foster positive change away from the day-to-day. We offer our own favorite locations for hosting sessions for clients.
Sometimes it makes sense to be at the location where the work takes place. We also travel to facilities for the convenience of clients and hands-on improvements. We will happily come to you.
