CANCELLATION, TRANSFER, AND REFUND POLICY

For classroom training, workshops events, improvement events, live online, and webinar programs, you may transfer to a future session, send someone to take your place, or cancel without penalty at any time up to six (6) weeks prior to your program. If you provide Collaborative Impact less than six (6) weeks notice or fail to attend, you will be liable for the entire program fee. We appreciate that this is an important investment for you and your company and would like to accommodate your needs the best we can.

RETURN OPTIONS

Collaborative Impact products that are considered “On Demand” digital goods (available via downloads) are not eligible for substitution, transfer, cancellation, return, or refund.

Collaborative Impact products that are physically shipped or distributed are eligible for our return policy.

Returns are accepted within fourteen (14) days of your original purchase date for EXCHANGE or STORE CREDIT.

Products that are returned must not have been altered or damaged in any way. Collaborative Impact has the right to refuse the return of any merchandise that the company determines does not meet these requirements.

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us immediately at info@collaborativeconsultants.com. All claims must be made fourteen (14) days from purchase date.
